Le Cirque Du Monde is a culinary event organized by the term 7 students of Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland to celebrate the inauguration of the Mosimann Collection.
The inspiration behind the theme came from Chef Mosimann’s 50th birthday party. The students of Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland decided to work with the same theme to recreate beautiful memories for Chef Mosimann.
The Bar managers of Le Cirque Du Monde had the opportunity to have their creative cocktails tasted by one of the most important people of the Wine and Beverage industry, Mr Colin Peter Field. His name is associated with the legendary Hemingway Bar in the Ritz Paris.
It was such a great honor to have this inspiring guest tasting our cocktails and working with us. The results were perfect and we cannot wait for you to taste them!
