Students from Bishulim will benefit from the Swiss learning environment by learning new cultures, experiencing new tastes and flavours and learning from the best in the business about hospitality.
To celebrate the new partnership, Bishulim School’s head of the Culinary Art Department Chef Ran Pollack travelled to Le Bouveret to share new flavours and techniques with current Culinary Arts Academy students.
“
We’re very very proud of this partnership with Bishulim Culinary School because it really enables us to exchange areas of expertise. It enables famous figures in the culinary industry to come and talk to the students like now with Chef Ran Pollack who has been cooking, tasting, demonstrating and doing a lot of activities with our students in Switzerland.
