Chef Anton Mosimann seized the opportunity to cook and dine with our students on a spur of the moment trip to Le Bouveret.
Cooking in his customized kitchen for the first time, Chef Mosimann invited 2 students to assist and 7 more to enjoy the delicious results. Culinary Arts Academy and César Ritz Colleges students were left with a culinary experience they will carry with them for the rest of their careers.
