Members of Chinese Hotel Association make special visit to César Ritz Colleges Lucerne

César Ritz Colleges Lucerne warmly welcomed the distinguished delegates and provided a guided tour, a special lunch prepared by our culinary and pastry students and a special Swiss themed culinary demonstration.

The highlight of the visit was the opportunity to peak inside a culinary class in session and exchange directly with the students during class.
