The Culinary Employability Scholarship Program

Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland (CAAS) and Yummy Jobs™ recognize the true value of internships and investing equally in a student’s educational, internship, and graduate experience. This is why they have joined forces to offer The Culinary Employability Scholarship Program (CESP).

Any student enrolling in July or October 2021 at CAAS in the bachelor’s, master’s, or Swiss Grand Diploma programs, can apply for this scholarship, for a value of up to CHF 3’600. With this scholarship, students will have the chance to embark on a 12-month sponsored internship in the USA with one of Yummy Jobs™ valued partners, gaining valuable work experience within the industry.

Throughout this year-long paid training opportunity, students will gain exposure to different areas of the kitchen department, including rotations in fine dining restaurants, pastry kitchens, resort dining, and banqueting & events operations. In addition, students will have the option to pursue their training within high-quality, high-volume hotels, or within boutique resorts with niche farm-to-table initiatives, depending on their specific area of interest.
