The story of how flying tents and smashed decorations set him up to be a true chef and entrepreneur.
“
My most fun memory is when we did our event. The night before, there was a huge storm and we had half of our event outside. Tents were flying in the wind, decorations got smashed, the tables were all over the place. We just spent all night chasing stuff! It really sets you up to be a chef and an entrepreneur.
