Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland signs Memorandum of Understanding with Woosong University in South Korea

On 8 October 2016, Swiss Education Group inked a partnership with South Korea’s Woosong University, which will see both institutions collaborating to further boost culinary arts education for students.

The MoU was signed by Swiss Education Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Florent Rondez and Mr. John E. Endicott, President of Woosong University. Also in attendance at the signing ceremony were Mr. Richard G. Johnson, Executive Director of International Affairs and Programs for SOL International School (SIS) and Ms. Julie Lee, Associate Director of Administration for SICA.

With this partnership, students from SICA’s undergraduate programme can benefit from studying in Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland during the final year of their course, to gain a more comprehensive training in the global culinary field. Following the successful completion of this course, students will receive a Bachelor’s Degree from Woosong University and the dual degree of a Bachelor of International Business in Culinary Arts (awarded by CAAS) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts (awarded by University of Derby).
