An education in hospitality management generates multi-disciplinary skills that are sought after in many business sectors. 71% of alumni work in the hospitality industry, which includes international hotel chains, leisure and tourism, restaurants, bars, and events. The rest of our alumni work in sectors such as retail, luxury, banking, real estate, and consulting.
SEG is committed to offering students from Swiss Hotel Management School, Hotel Institute Montreux, Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland, and Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland the best career and networking opportunities - and this well before they complete their studies. Organized twice a year at one of our school campuses, the International Recruitment Forum (IRF) is now considered by the global hospitality and tourism industry as a must-attend event that allows students and future employers to network. Over the course of two days, 172 recruiters representing global industry names including Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts come to present internships and career opportunities for students coming from all four schools of Swiss Education Group. About 5,000 one-on-one interviews are conducted every year, allowing students to better understand the market’s needs and assess their career opportunities with industry representatives.
