Nicole Beckmann, Chef Instructor at the Culinary Arts Academy in Lucerne has been crowned "Ice Cream Master 2013" in a competition held during the International Exhibition for Hotels and Catering Professionals in Basel, Switzerland.

Moving through the rounds of the competition, Nicole produced ice cream delights that were not only exciting to the tastebuds, but also a treat for the eyes. The final three competitors battled an intense competition over five hours producing 3 identical desserts. The professional judging panel tasted and tested and after deliberation, Nicole was announced the winner!

The Culinary Arts Academy is very proud of Nicole’s achievement - congratulations!
