Invited by the local representative Ms. Sol Galván, Chef Patrice traveled to Lima to give a master class in “Food Trends and Gastronomy” offering a taste of Swiss study life to Peruvian students. The local academic partner USIL hosted the classes for their students and to the general public.

This visit was an opportunity to show the students how Culinary Arts Academy can help them manage their passion for food and provide the skills and techniques required to build an international career in the Gastronomy and Hospitality Industry.”
