It was with great pride that graduating students of the Culinary Arts Academy accepted their awards at the ceremony held on Friday the 20th of September in Brig.
The ceremony held a special significance with the first cohort of students graduating from the Certificate course in Swiss Pastry and Chocolate Arts. The ten students from around the world have spent six months on campus in Lucerne learning the secrets of the sweeter side of life. From the art of baking to frozen desserts, pralines & truffles, biscuits, tortes & cakes, chocolate showpieces and sugar art, students have developed their creativity.
It was an exciting day for graduates and their families and friends who came from around the world to show their support. The ceremony was followed by a magnificent cocktail banquet prepared by students of the Culinary Arts Academy and the celebrations continued long into the night!
Graduates from the Culinary Arts Academy will take with them a touch of Switzerland and we look forward to sharing in their future success!
